CLEVELAND, June 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CBIZ (Century Business Services, Inc.) (Nasdaq: CBIZ) today announced the acquisitions of The Cleveland Solutions Group (CSG) of Cleveland, Ohio effective June 10, 2004 and Brockmann, Armour & Co. of Denver, Colorado effective June 1, 2004.

CSG, founded in 1996, is a leading implementer of voice-over-IP solutions and provides system strategies, enterprise-wide network solutions and full systems deployment and integration. CSG employs approximately 14 people, recorded approximately $3.5 million in annual revenue for the past twelve months and will be merged into CBIZ Network Solutions.

Brockmann, Armour & Co., a 45-year-old accounting firm, provides professional accounting services to both businesses and individuals. Although Brockmann, Armour serves clients in many industries, they have developed an expertise in the fields of commercial construction, homebuilding and manufacturing. Brockmann, Armour & Co. has approximately 24 employees, reported approximately $3.0 million in revenue for the past twelve months and will be merged into CBIZ Accounting, Tax & Advisory Services of Colorado.
