CLEVELAND, Aug. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CBIZ (Century Business Services, Inc.) (Nasdaq: CBIZ - News) today announced that the previously approved name change from Century Business Services, Inc. to CBIZ, Inc. has become effective today, August 1, 2005.
The Company believes the name change to CBIZ, Inc. further enhances the integrated branding and advertising campaign launched three years ago to unify the Company's image and to brand CBIZ as the premier source of professional business services for companies and individuals nationwide. The change will enable the Company to foster greater name recognition in the marketplace and allow the Company to take better advantage of its federally trademarked, "CBIZ", in the marketing of the services provided by the Company's operating units. The Company's ticker symbol will remain the same, NASDAQ: CBIZ.
