CLEVELAND, Jan. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CBIZ (Century Business Services, Inc.) (Nasdaq: CBIZ - ) today announced that CBIZ Mergers & Acquisitions Group, Inc. completed the sale of its client Creative Touch Interiors, Inc. ("CTI") to The Home Depot. CTI, based in San Diego, CA, is a leading turnkey design center for major residential homebuilders in Southern California and Las Vegas, NV.

    CTI has become part of The Home Depot Supply's Builder Solutions Group which was launched in 2002 with the simultaneous acquisitions of Floors, Inc.; Arvada Hardwood Floor Company; and Floorworks, Inc. CBIZ Mergers & Acquisitions Group, Inc. also represented the individual owners of all three of these companies in their sale to The Home Depot.
