CLEVELAND, Oct. 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CBIZ (Century Business Services, Inc.) (Nasdaq: CBIZ) today announced that CBIZ Financial Solutions, Inc., member NASD and registered investment advisor has entered into an agreement to acquire Gallery Asset Management, Inc. (Gallery), an Ohio-based registered investment advisor to become effective January 1, 2005, subject to certain conditions.

Gallery, founded in 1998, provides retirement plan consulting services to corporate clients and wealth management services to high net-worth individuals. Aggregate corporate retirement plan assets on which Gallery provides consulting services exceed $1 billion. Gallery's credentialed staff of nine will be part of CBIZ Financial Solutions and operate out of the CBIZ Benefits & Insurance of Ohio Division in Cleveland.
