CBIZ Acquires Burnham Colman Kaelin and Walker Insurance Agency

CLEVELAND, April 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CBIZ, Inc. (Nasdaq: CBIZ) today announced that it has acquired Burnham, Colman, Kaelin & Walker ("BCK&W") of St. Joseph, Missouri effective April 1, 2006.

Originally founded in 1899 and with offices in St. Joseph and Kansas City, BCK&W is an insurance agency offering property and casualty, commercial bonds and employee benefits, and specializes in the agriculture, construction and printing industries. BCK&W has 39 employees and recorded approximately $5.0 million in revenue during the past twelve months.
